Gyna.co Review

Ever started to research fertility-friendly foods, cookware, and personal hygiene products and gotten completely overwhelmed?

Gyna.co is a wonderful educational tool that makes improving your fertility much easier.

I used Gyna.co so I could get on track with a concrete nutrition plan while I was trying to conceive the second time.

I thought I already knew a lot about fertility after already having spent 3.5 years trying to conceive my first child.

However, the more I researched the more I became convinced that nutrition played an extremely important role in fertility.

I didn’t want to do what I did the first time around where I blindly followed random bits of advice from here or there.

Some sources suggest cutting out gluten and dairy completely, while some claim full-fat dairy is good for fertility. I had one doctor who was big on keto, while other books I read recommended plenty of high-carb vegetables. It was extremely confusing to sort out.

That’s why I decided to sign up for a six-month subscription to Gyna.co. It was a little expensive for me and I was unsure of it at the time, but it ended up being a great decision.

Meal Plans & Recipes

Immediately upon sign-up I had access to all their meal plans and recipes.

I always have a difficult time following meal plans, so what I ended up doing was just surfing through their recipe options and picking three or four a week to try. They were delicious and the ingredients were easy to source.

Some examples of their recipes recipes are:

  • Parmesan Spinach & Mushroom Pasta Skillet
  • Asparagus & Salmon with Garlic Lemon & Butter Sauce
  • Breakfast Burrito
  • Avocado Egg Salad Sandwich
  • Healthy Banana Bread
  • Breakfast Cookies
  • Creamy Cocoa Coconut Shake

Fertility Education

After getting started with some healthy and delicious recipes, I jumped into learning.

Their educational segments take about 10-15 to read which is the perfect amount of time to learn without getting too overwhelmed.

The way the material is presented is very effective. The course progresses from nutrition to endocrine disruptors, to supplements, to common fertility problems, and more.

The information is actionable, with immediate steps you can begin incorporating to improve your fertility.

The education also includes fertility-friendly swaps for common household items such as cookware, shampoo, makeup, etc.

Does It Work?

I signed up for a subscription for Gyna.co in March of 2022.

Upon signing up I filled out a profile with all my background information in order for them to customize the plan for me.

After filling out their questionnaire, they estimated that I could become pregnant by August.

At the time I thought that was a bold claim and I wasn’t sure what I thought of it.

I ended up getting pregnant in June.

Now of course this was not the only thing I was doing. I was seeing a doctor and taking fertility drugs as well as medication to control my thyroid and supplements that were specifically recommended to me by my doctor.

That being said, I feel like Gyna.co was a missing piece of the puzzle when it came to my fertility treatment. It gave me the knowledge I needed to confidently make diet and lifestyle adjustments that supported my fertility.
